Our Story

Beignet Bellies LLC was founded in 2022 after the owner took a trip to New Orleans and had her first Beignet ever.   From there the idea was born to bring it to her hometown.  Beignet Bellies is the first Beignet Cafe in the city of Albany as well as the Capital District of upstate New York.  Beignet Bellies and its logo is dedicated in honor of the owners father Pastor Isadore Burns Sr. who passed away in 2021.

 Here at Beignet Bellies we specialize and take pride in making the tastiest sweet and savory beignets around.  If you don't have a taste for beignets then try our assorted flavors of homemade ice cream or bubble teas.
